Head of Global Learning Lab

I joined the Academy in 2017 following a career as a management consultant where I worked with clients to deliver large learning and development and behaviour change programmes. 

Motivated by helping individuals and organisations thrive, my role at the Academy is to lead our Global Leading Lab. The Learning Lab is the catalyst for developing innovative, high quality, accredited programmes through a global community of practice.

I am responsible for developing the Academy’s approach to learning and development, sharing programmes and learning from across the globe, and supporting other organisations to develop and embed their own learning and development strategies.

Outside of work... I have a passion for travel and sport, often combining the two by taking on physical challenges in exotic locations.
