Last week we covered some simple tips for building your confidence. Today, we are looking at impostor syndrome, and how we can manage this.

Impostor syndrome is a psychological pattern of behaviour where people doubt their accomplishments and has been experienced by a number of well-known people from Albert Einstein to Serena Williams.

Today’s spotlight covers some of the signs and symptoms of impostor syndrome, and some simple tips to help us deal with it.
