Interim Head of Global Learning Lab
I joined the Academy in 2023 to lead the Global Learning Lab while Claire will be starting a very important new role as a mum. I have worked as an HR, Talent and L&D professional across a number of different industries from Financial Services as well as the Media Industry. I have also spent time as a charity board member in recent years.
During my time here I will be continuing the great work Claire does to develop the Academy’s approach to learning and development, sharing programmes and learning from across the globe, and supporting other organisations to develop and embed their own learning and development strategies.
Out of the Academy, I enjoy spending my time making people laugh as a stand-up comic, this is something I started doing recently and so far, so good.
