Board Member
I have close to 20-years of private equity and business-building experience, having raised more than $2.5 billion of institutional capital to help deliver impact opportunities and financial returns. I joined LeapFrog Investments in 2012 and I am a Partner in the firm. I lead LeapFrog’s fundraising, investor relations and LP co-investments.
I am also a non-executive director at the Scottish National Investment Bank and I sit on the advisory boards for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA).
Prior to LeapFrog, I was the executive director of strategy and communications at the Development Bank of Wales. I studied English language and literature at the University of Wales then went on to pursue an Executive MBA at Imperial College London.
I was excited to join the Academy by its focus on driving social change through learning and development across the world, and the positive impact this can support.
