We take great care in making sure the right people are in the room with you, so that you can learn from each other and provide mutual support. 

A different approach to learning 

Do you know how you learn new things? Do you sometimes feel like you've been on training, and interesting as it was, it hasn't really stuck with you? That's often the case with traditional training and teaching - where you're given information and the correct way of doing things. 

The Academy believes that people learn best through a combination of approaches that use real life experience and mutual support to bring theories and problem solving to life.

Why does it matter? Because not only will you learn more, you'll be able to put it to use straight away to have more impact in your role. And if you have more impact, so will your organisation meaning the communities it serves will benefit even more.
