Becky Lythgoe, Director at Greenstream Flooring CIC

Becky Lythgoe is a Director at Greenstream Flooring CIC based in South Wales where the mission is to maximise community benefit through the diversion of flooring from landfill and has been part of the team since 2009.  Greenstream is unique and award-winning social enterprise demonstrating it is possible to generate social impact through trading activities with all sectors from individuals to private business to the public sector.  Alongside the day to day management of the organisation Becky has an interest in governance, communications and digital marketing.  She is passionate about social enterprise and community engagement and the difference it can make.

Outside of Greenstream Becky is an experienced youth worker having previously worked for Monmouthshire Youth Service, Save the Children and Funky Dragon.  Currently volunteering with her local Boys Brigade Company delivering activities to 11-15 years olds including the Duke of Edinburgh Award and is a trustee with a local youth charity.

A belief in lifelong learning both informally and formally Becky is currently studying for a Master’s in Systems Thinking in Practice at the Open University.  She is also a member of Social Value UK, the national network for social impact and social value.
