Belinda Guillot

South Africa

I have been partnering with clients for 12 years as both a facilitator of learning and a coach, developing new leadership capacities within individuals and organisations so that they might mindfully meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world.

Belinda's passion for Systems Thinking drew her to Theory U and Dr. Otto Scharmer’s work (Presencing Institute, USA). This forms a core inspiration for her work delivering capacity building programs to support societal innovation and change.

Much of Belinda’s leadership development work has been in the for-purpose sector. Together with the Social Enterprise Academy in South Africa Belinda has lead programmes with Distell - Leadership for non-Profit Sustainability, with Conservation S.A. - Leadership for Active Citizens and with the Open Society Initiative for Southern Africa in Malawi - Ethical Leadership and Effective Governance.

With the Social Enterprise Academy, Belinda has lead Facilitation Skills training programmes for the Food Lovers Market based on our ‘Practitioner Led Learning Exchange’ methodology as well as multiple Leadership Development programmes.

Belinda has a degree in Commerce and is a qualified Business Coach. She completed her Master Level Theory U practitioner training with Otto Scharmer in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2014. Belinda also holds an Endorsed Award in Practitioner- Led Learning Exchange, awarded by the Institute of Leadership and Management. Topics include facilitating learning, designing impactful learning experiences, action learning and coaching.
