Emma Liddell

Southern Scotland

Emma Liddell | I deliver leadership and measuring social impact programmes and workshops for the academy. I have particular interest and experience working with women who wouldn’t typically access leadership and enterprise courses.

Currently working as an Advisor for Social Value Lab, I train and support social enterprises and third sector organisations across Scotland. My approach is to find bespoke, simple and effective impact measurement solutions and I am passionate about the wealth and variety of enterprise - small, medium, and large, that has grown out of Scotland.

I have 20 years’ experience working in various capacities in the third sector, alternating between direct service delivery, design and management, and more strategic development work. I am a qualified NLP Practitioner, Coach and Supervisor and have extensive facilitation experience.

Key career points include: coordinating the Youth Work Futures Programme creating sustainable funding and youth work practice in the Scottish Borders, managing and developing Women Onto Work, and managing and delivering my own enterprise, MOJO, a personal development programme for women.
