Lee is the General Manager of ReBOOT (Moray Computer Recycling) and Director of ReBOOT Trading (Moray) Ltd, a computer recycling social enterprise, supporting the Academy in delivering leadership and entrepreneurship programmes.
With a background in retail, IT, design and environmental disciplines, Lee has been involved on various boards of management include TSi Moray and Moray Housing Partnership, where he also chaired their Audit and Finance Committee.
Arriving at ReBOOT in 2004 as a development worker, he was tasked with the job of moving the, then, traditional charity into a modern forward-thinking more-than-profit enterprise. ReBOOT supplies affordable IT to people with low incomes and provides training support to volunteers and trainees.
He has been pivotal in the development of the, now, sustainable social enterprise, whilst supporting their bottom line objectives of environmental awareness and community support. His current ventures include the negotiation and development of a quarter-of-a-million pound contract with the Highland Council and Fujitsu Services, which is one of the largest Community Benefit Clauses in Scotland to date.
Lee was one of the first graduates at the University of Highlands & Islands in BSc Rural Development Studies, and has a self-led approach to leadership and networking. Using a balance of intuition, common sense and experience to drive forward his goals.
