Lindsey is a freelance marketing consultant with over 25 years experience in business development. She regularly works with small businesses, community organisations and social enterprises across Scotland.
Lindsey supports the Academy with a variety of Enterprise and Leadership programmes.
Lindsey thrives on variety and inspiring people to achieve; much of her recent work has been with young people and organisation starting out on the social enterprise road. The enjoyment of working with people who learn to develop their natural strengths, skills and passions to achieve social and personal change is rewarding in itself.
She passionately believes that values based organisations can provide new methods and solutions to the challenges they face and when related to the desire to meet an overriding social purpose individuals and organisations can make a difference to society.
Lindsey is a chartered marketer providing consultancy and professional marketing services to clients. Working in the Highlands she has worked with an exceptional variety of business sectors from tourism, food and drink through to leading edge software and every other idea in between. This breath of knowledge allows learners and client s to learn from real life examples and often transfer best practice and unusual solutions across industries.
Her skill set is focused on helping clients meet the challenges they face, armed with increased skills and knowledge to grasp the opportunities.
