Mairi is an experienced Organisational Learning and Development Consultant and for the last 20 years she has worked with organisations throughout the UK and abroad. Mairi was previously a mental health practitioner and as such has always been interested in issues of well-being in the workplace.
Important to her is helping Managers and Leaders create the best working environment and culture for staff. On an individual basis she works as a Coach and Supervisor to help develop self-awareness, resilience and confidence in role. She facilitates boards, teams and business units to understand group relationships and make plans for success. She has also designed and facilitated (in association with others) management development and leadership programmes to support organisations with change. She facilitates workshops which include managing change, emotional and social intelligence, working with conflict, resilience at work, business partnering/internal consulting skills and developing coaching skills. She has is an ILM level 7 executive Coaching, holds PG Diplomas in Group Facilitation and Transactional Analysis and has a Certificate in Supervision. She is accredited to administer a range of psychometrics.
