Nikki is the Director for Early Years & Community Development for The Fern Partnership, a small award-winning Charity based in the Rhondda Valleys. The Fern Partnership is a thriving business, charity and social enterprise which has grown significantly since 2014, employing over 68 members of staff across eight facilities, including two Community Hubs, a Soft Play Centre and six Childcare Settings. Nikki plays a fundamental role in the development and growth of the organisation, both strategically and operationally.
Nikki has over 15 years experience of leadership and management and has worked in various capacities in both public and third sectors, including capital/revenue projects, grant funding, coaching/mentoring, data capture, monitoring and evaluation of services.
Nikki is an ambitious individual striving for excellence and success to benefit whole communities and individuals from birth to 65+ with a particular interest in those most deprived. Nikki is passionate about early intervention and has a positive can-do attitude in building resilient communities!
Nikki is an advocate and a positive role model for lifelong learning. Following the completion of Early Years Degree, she completed CCLD L5 and is currently working towards Strategic Leadership & Management Level 7 with a personal aim to achieve a qualification in Health & Safety in the near future... Nikki thrives on supporting others to achieve their full potential and instilling aspiration.

Mae Nikki yn Gyfarwyddwr Blynyddoedd Cynnar a Datblygiad Cymunedol i Bartneriaeth Fern, elusen arobryn wedi’i lleoli yng Nghwm Rhondda. Mae Partneriaeth Fern yn fusnes, elusen a menter gymdeithasol ffyniannus sydd wedi tyfu’n sylweddol ers 2014, gan gyflogi dros 68 o weithwyr mewn wyth safle, yn cynnwys dwy Ganolfan Gymunedol, Canolfan Chwarae Meddal a chwe lleoliad Gofal Plant. Mae Nikki’n chwarae rôl sylfaenol yn natblygiad a thwf y sefydliad, yn strategol ac yn weithredol.
Mae gan Nikki dros 15 mlynedd o brofiad o arwain a rheoli, ac mae wedi gweithio mewn amrywiaeth o feysydd yn y sector cyhoeddus a’r trydydd sector, yn cynnwys prosiectau cyfalaf/refeniw, cyllido grantiau, hyfforddi/mentora, casglu data, monitro a gwerthuso gwasanaethau.
Mae Nikki yn unigolyn uchelgeisiol sy’n ymdrechu am ragoriaeth a llwyddiant er budd cymunedau cyfan ac unigolion o’r crud i 65+, ac mae ganddi ddiddordeb arbennig yn y rhai mwyaf anghenus. Mae’n frwd o blaid ymyrraeth gynnar ac mae ganddi agwedd gadarnhaol tuag at greu cymunedau cydnerth!
Mae Nikki yn eiriolwr ac yn esiampl gadarnhaol ar gyfer addysg gydol oes. Yn dilyn cwblhau Gradd Blynyddoedd Cynnar, cwblhaodd Lefel 5 Gofal, Dysgu a Datblygiad Plant ac ar hyn o bryd mae’n gweithio tuag at Lefel 7 Rheoli ac Arweiniad Strategol. Mae ganddi nod personol i sicrhau cymhwysiad mewn Iechyd a Diogelwch yn y dyfodol agos. Mae Nikki yn ffynnu ar gefnogi eraill i gyflawni eu llawn botensial ac i feithrin ymdeimlad o ddyhead.
Mae Nikki’n ei theimlo’n fraint i gael bod yn hwylusydd ar gyfer Academi Mentrau Cymdeithasol Cymru, ac mae ar dân eisiau cychwyn y daith!
