Suzanna (Suz) Christison has 20 years experience in group facilitation and training. Suz has expertise and experience in leaderhsip development, community engagement, facilitation, strategic planning and training.
Suz has been involved in, developing context specific training and workshops for people who work together to develop a common understanding and skill set for working with conflict and challenges.
With a background in Outdoor Education, she has experience of living and working in close communities with a focus on sustainability and education. Through leadership and management roles has been a driver of whole of organisation development including cultural change and strategic planning. With her husband, she has successfully completed two owner-builder homes over the last 20 years.
Suz has a strong commitment to community wellbeing and has taken an active leadership role in many community organisations. Suz works on a strength-based framework: finding and growing the things that are working well, celebrating achievements and exceptions to the problem. Suz is highly skilled at building relationships and using collaborative processes to create meaningful and lasting outcomes.
