Bringing together people active in community learning and development to look at enterprising approaches.

 

As CLD practitioners working with communities, there is great benefit in supporting communities to be more innovative and enterprising in their approach. The social enterprise approach is a values and purpose driven way to address local issues in a more sustainable way.

This taster event will be followed by a fully funded 6 day learning programme for CLD practitioners.

 

Who is it for?

CLD practitioners at any level from the third and public sector.

 

What will you gain from this programme?

  • Look at ways to grow your work in the community and find sustainable solutions to funding
  • Learn about social enterprise and the opportunities it can offer communities you work with
  • Share experiences with your peers and develop a strong network

This taster event will be followed by a fully funded 6 day learning programme for CLD practitioners in Edinburgh. More information on this programme will be sent following your registration to the taster event. The dates of the 6 day programme are:
