Organisations are currently going through a period of uncertainty and potentially of rapid change. As an environment it is volatile uncertain, complex and ambiguous.

At this time organisations need to be agile, able to adopt new ways of operating or refocus on markets or new social needs.

To do this, they must take their whole teams with them, retaining their vision whilst recognising it exists in a new reality

Who is it for? 

This programme has been designed people in a leadership position of socially focussed organisations in a time of change.

 

Programme Details

Cohort 1

Facilitator: Kate

  • Session 1 - Tech check Monday 20th July 2-3pm

  • Session 2  -  Thursday 23rd July 10-12noon

  • Session 3 – Thursday 30th July 10-12noon

Cohort 2

Timing

There are three live facilitated sessions, and approximately 8 hours of self-directed learning which you will do in your own time alongside. Please make sure you can attend all sessions, and do the supplementary activities.
