Strengthen your understanding of key traits within a good leader
Reflect on your own strengths as a leader and your areas of development
Engage with leadership theories and apply them to your role and organisation

This leadership programme is aimed at all individuals and organisations who would like to reflect upon and develop their skills as an effective, progressive, and self-aware leader as well as the skills of their team.
Roy Clunie is an experienced social entrepreneur who supports the Academy in delivering leadership and enterprise programmes both at home in Scotland and internationally. He is an associate consultant with Imani Development, an employee-owned economic and development consultancy.
