Many non-profits in in Lesotho and around the world are looking for ways to generate income in order to decrease their reliance on donor funding and become more financially sustainable.
Through adopting social enterprise models, non-profit organisations can be empowered to create social impact in the long term. Through a unique approach of peer-led learning and development, this programme will support you in your journey of increasing your organisation’s financial sustainability.
During this programme you will:
- Identify income streams that will support the long-term sustainability of your organisation
- Develop a robust business model and actionable business plan
- Explore how to market your business to potential customers
- Calculate an accurate pricing model and cash flow forecast so you can manage finances well
- Learn collaboratively with others at a similar stage of development
- Create an actionable business plan to support your social enterprise idea

Eligibility
This programme has space for 20 participants - up to 2 participants per organisation. You will only be invited if you qualify to attend.
Learners must have attended previous programmes, attended mentorship sessions and submitted their Sustainability Plans on time in order to be considered.
All NPOs are required to attend all 7 days of this programme. The same learners need to attend all sessions.
Cost
