Thank you for giving us permission to photograph or film you. Being able to communicate what we do visually helps us to share the impact and approach of our work.
Signing this form gives the Social Enterprise Academy and the photographer permission to use images and video recordings that you are featured, in amongst other uses, for the following purposes, but not limited to:
- Promotional materials such as newsletters, magazines, leaflets, press releases, media interviews and presentations for the purposes of internally and externally promoting Social Enterprise Academy.
- Digital media online, such as social media and/or on our website.
- Learning materials for programmes that may appear online, in print and within internal organisational reports or staff training tools, and external presentations at conferences or public events.
Your rights:
- Image or films featuring you, may only be used whilst they are useful and relevant to the Academy’s needs for the purposes listed above.
- You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required.
- You may withdraw your consent at any time, in which case it will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.
- Upon withdrawal of consent, this form and any associated personal data will be securely destroyed or deleted.
- We will also contact any third-party media handlers or photographers involved to ensure compliance with your withdrawal.
Online and Third-party Use
Please be aware that once images or videos are published online or shared via social media, they may be redistributed beyond the control of the Social Enterprise Academy.
In some cases, we work with partner organisations to jointly deliver programmes or promote shared work. If your image or personal data is relevant, it may be shared with our partners [a list of current partners can be found on our website] under an information-sharing agreement and only for the purposes listed above.
