We are learning specialists; we don’t do training, teaching or lecturing, and we don’t give directive advice or provide consultancy. We develop transferable skills needed by people leading social change.
We do this by enabling peer learning, led by facilitators who are themselves social enterprise leaders. It’s a powerful methodology, demonstrated to change lives, organisations and therefore communities.
Our approach to partnership working is a willingness to trust and be trusted. The means are less important to us than the values-based nature of the collaboration, a partnership by which we are enabling leaders of social change to do more and to do it better.
We’re flexible in the way we work, able to shift in support of the communities we work with, be that with contractors, consortiums, partners, or joint ventures.
At the heart of all these collaborations is a shared desire to change the world, and to do it through shared values around equity, diversity and inclusion, and on an international level we operate a licensing approach to further facilitate great work that is in touch with local culture and context.
