Every learning programme we deliver is bespoke to the needs of the learners. Their starting point is our starting point.  

Our design team works with our clients to understand their realities, challenges & opportunities, hopes & dreams. We map out the journey, goals and end of point of the learning intervention. We then design the programme, including reflective journals, online asynchronous learning materials and access to a learning platform tailored for your programme.  

Types of support we offer

We can design and facilitate a programme for you, or we can design a programme and provide a Facilitation Skills programme to enable your own team to deliver it ‘in house’.

What is our approach to delivery?

Our approach to learning is based around Kolbs’ experiential learning cycle: experience, reflect, draw conclusions, plan. We implement this through peer learning – learning with and from others in our space. The outcome is both energising learning and building of social capitals.
Our Methodology

I have gained a greater insight into the leader that I am and the leader that I want to be in the future. I have a clear vision now of our organisation’s ‘why’ and how it is important to keep it as a driving force in any new enterprise or project.
