Innovated in partnership with The Scottish Government, Social Enterprise Schools enables every young person to step up, realise their potential, and create the change they want to see in the world.
Social Enterprise Schools can begin in your school at any time throughout the year. Recognising that every school is unique and each one at a different stage in their enterprise journey, we provide the support you need to develop a pupil-led enterprise and celebrate its success!

Our CPD can also be tailored to your school or your organisation’s needs and offers an opportunity to view case studies, ask questions and develop an understanding of Social Enterprise Schools.
Our Education Managers and Schools Coordinators are on hand to bring you a range of fully-funded support and exciting opportunities. They offer one to one teacher support throughout your school’s social enterprise journey.
Our facilitators, all social entrepreneurs themselves, bring our interactive session into your classroom and inspire your young people to share their ideas and build their social enterprise.
Using our resources young people will be able to create their business plans and be given the opportunity to present their ideas to our panel for a chance to win seed funding at Dragons’ Den event.
Annually, we invite schools to gather at our Social Enterprise in Education Marketplace and Awards where young people can sell their wares, share their experiences and receive their school award.

Once you’re trading, contact your Schools Coordinator to arrange a visit so they can be introduced to your social enterprise and the impact it is making. If successful, your school will be nominated for our Social Enterprise in Education Award. Equally, if this is your first time hearing about us, we’d love to hear from you and help you get started in your journey with Social Enterprise Schools!
